The walk from the holiday villas to the Inner Beach is ideal for a leisurely stroll with some fantastic views. Ards Forest Park and adjoining Capuchin Friary Grounds, just across the bay from the Inner Beach, offers an abundance of walking trails of varying difficulty (most of which are very accessible) with many viewing points, picnic tables and park benches. The park also includes a children’s play area with several secluded sandy beaches, barbeque areas, heritage, nature trails and public toilets.
